I’m a Registered Nutritional Therapy Practitioner. I am a member of the British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine (BANT) and the Complimentary & Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC).
I’m passionate about food and healthy eating, and I love helping people to feel the very best they can! I decided to train as a nutritionist as I was fascinated by the power of good food and how it can positively support our bodies and our health.
