Hashimoto’s Disease is one of the most common autoimmune conditions, and it’s something I’m deeply passionate about supporting through nutrition. As a Registered Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, I specialise in helping people with Hashimoto’s navigate the often confusing world of diet, lifestyle, and supplementation to support their thyroid health and overall wellbeing. Additional Testing in Hashimoto's
I work closely with clients to uncover their unique triggers and needs. While standard blood tests are helpful for diagnosing Hashimoto’s, they don’t always reveal the full picture of what’s driving your symptoms. Therefore, I may recommend additional functional testing—such as a comprehensive stool test—to explore deeper root causes. Gut health plays a major role in autoimmunity, and imbalances like leaky gut, infections, or dysbiosis (an imbalance of gut bacteria) can all contribute to inflammation and immune dysfunction. By identifying these hidden stressors, we can create a more targeted, effective plan to support your thyroid and digestive symptoms, reduce flare-ups, and improve your overall wellbeing.
