Before I can create your personalised meal plan you will need to complete a short questionnaire so I am able to tailor your plan towards your likes, dislikes and requirements.
What is in a typical vegan meal?
To make sure you’re getting the right balance of nutrients, your daily meals should include legumes, such as chickpeas, beans and lentils; grains, such as quinoa and buckwheat; vegetables, nuts and seeds; as well as soy-based proteins such as tempeh and tofu. The recipes I provide for breakfast, lunch and dinner will have the correct balance of nutrients, including protein, healthy fats and carbohydrates to avoid any deficiencies, which can sometimes happen on a vegan diet.
